Former Cubs pitcher Jake Arrieta is finally off the free agent market, signing a 3-year, $75 million deal with the Philadelphia Phillies.  Arrieta's Cubs' tenure ends after 128 starts, a Cy Young and 2 no-hitters.  Elsewhere, the Bears start looking at free agents during the NFL's legal tampering period, with free agency officially kicking off on Wednesday.  The Bulls host the LA Clippers tomorrow and the Blackhawks next play Thursday at Winnipeg.
