Haugh & Zaidman: Bears/NFL Draft talk, Brad Biggs interview (Hour 2)

Mully & Haugh Show
Wednesday, March 25th
In the second hour, David Haugh and Zach Zaidman continued discussing whether the Bears should have interest in quarterback Cam Newton after the Panthers released him Tuesday. Should Newton's health deter Chicago from bringing him into the quarterback competition between Mitchell Trubisky and Nick Foles? The guys then discussed a report indicating the NFL's general manager subcommittee has unanimously recommended to commissioner Roger Goodell to push back the start of the draft in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later, Brad Biggs of the Tribune joined the show to discuss the idea of postponing the draft and to reflect on his interview with former Bears assistant coach Brock Olivo, who went to Rome to live near his daughter and continue coaching football and is now under quarantine.
