CHICAGO (670 The Score) -- In town for the NBA Draft Combine, Texas Tech wing Jarrett Culver has plans to meet with the Bulls on Friday, he said.

Culver is expected to be selected in the top half of the lottery and has already met with the Knicks (No. 3 pick) and Cavaliers (No. 5). The Bulls own the No. 7 pick, so they might need some fortune if he's who they desire to add.

"It’d be great anywhere I go," Culver said from the NBA Draft Combine at the Quest Multisport Complex on Thursday. "I really don’t have any preferences. I’m just trying to make it. That’s everything I worked for and it’s been a dream and to be in the position I’m in right now is just a blessing."

Culver measured 6-foot-6 3/4 with shoes on at the combine and weighed 194 pounds. Talent evaluators have praised him for his two-way play and smarts, and he helped lead Texas Tech to the national championship game in a sophomore season in which he averaged 18.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 3.7 assists while shooting 46.1 percent overall and 30.4 percent on 3-pointers. If he refines his perimeter shot -- Culver shot 38.2 percent on 3-pointers as a freshman -- he projects to fit the modern three-and-D profile that so many teams are seeking.

Culver expressed an awareness of that, pointing out he needs to improve shooting off screens as well as become a more comfortable ball-handler. Even so, he believes he has already showcased in college what he can ascend to in the NBA with more development.

"A two-way player that can score on all three levels on offense and then on the defensive side who takes pride in defense, who plays hard on the defensive side," Culver said in providing a scouting report on himself. "And they’re going to get a player who plays hard each and every night."
