The Bears aren't at liberty to offer details on Pierce's health. He was signed in April as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State.

Eighteen players were added to the NFL's reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday, according to the league's transaction wire.

The Bears' veterans are set to report to Halas Hall for training camp Tuesday.
