(670 The Score) It's NFL Draft weekend and the picks are set to come in.

League general managers are looking to transform their franchise fortunes with the right selections this weekend in Nashville. But for the Bears' brass in Lake Forest, this draft will be different.

The Bears hold five picks in this weekend's draft with their first coming in the third round (87th overall). They are without a first- or second-round pick after a pair of trades last year, including the blockbuster for superstar pass rusher Khalil Mack.

Follow along here with the draft moves by the Bears and the NFL's 31 other teams.

Note: This story will be updated frequently during the week and with every pick in the first round as well as every selection by the Bears.
