(670 The Score) Restricted free-agent receiver Cam Meredith visited with the Saints on Monday, according to a source, marking his third visit as he weighs his options on the open market.

Meredith has yet to receive an offer sheet, which the Bears would have the right to match with the original-round tender they utilized. However, Meredith would depart with no compensation for the Bears should Chicago decline to match an offer.

The 25-year-old Meredith posted 66 receptions for 888 yards and four touchdowns in 2016 but missed all of last season with a torn ACL suffered during the preseason in August. A Chicago area native, Meredith was signed by the Bears as an undrafted free agent during the 2015 offseason. Meredith is expected to be healthy for much of the offseason program and ready in time for training camp.

Meredith visitied the Colts and Ravens last week, leaving both stops without an offer sheet signed. Early in free agency, the Bears added receivers Allen Robinson and Taylor Gabriel while releasing veteran Markus Wheaton.
