(670 The Score) The Bears are retaining offensive lineman Bradley Sowell, re-signing him to a two-year deal Monday.

Sowell, 28, played in all 16 games last season and started in two, moving between guard and tackle as a resereve.

An Ole Miss product, Sowell had previously played for the Seahawks, Cardinals and Colts, making 21 starts in that span before arriving in Chicago last offseason.

The NFL will begin its legal tampering period at 11 a.m. CT on Monday, in which teams can begin contact with free agents.
